Bill McKenna

President/CEO of McKenna Marketing Network, LLC

Bill has nearly 40 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and has worked with more than 500 credit unions and community banks nationwide on marketing and growth strategies. 

Before launching MMN in March of 2023, his resume included being the former President and co-founder of Marketing Partners, Inc., a nationally recognized marketing firm. He also co-founded Marketing Partners Integrated Facilities Solution that designed, branded and constructed financial facilities.

Bill held positions of VP of Marketing at American Heritage Credit Union, Philadelphia (now $4.5 Billion), and as CMO for ESSA Bank & Trust, a $2 Billion community bank in Eastern PA.

During his more than 40 years in advertising and marketing, he has held positions as Art Director, Creative Director, and Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development for several advertising agencies in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Bill has spoken more than 100 times to groups nationwide on various marketing and financial services topics. His style is always entertaining. His use humor makes his sessions fun and engaging but also filled with valuable insights and takeaways. 

Bill’s creative background as an artist and drummer certainly influences his style of presentation and is sure to keep people engaged.

Paul Robert

Paul has over twenty five years’ experience in financial services and draws on that vast experience to assemble the most appropriate solution components for each client engagement and makes sure they are delivered to their complete satisfaction.

Paul’s background is diverse and allows him to bring unique and critical perspectives to ensure the near- and long-term successes of our solutions. He has consulted with the largest and smallest financial institutions and incorporates elements of all cultures to his client engagements.

His background includes:

  • Director, Frontline Performance Solutions for Bank Administration Institute (BAI), creating and delivering tools and resources to allow financial institutions to deploy sales culture solutions
  • Director, Financial Industry Consulting for Schneider Sales Management, with a particular emphasis on implementing sales and service culture solutions
  • Voice of the Customer Consultant for Maritz Research, delivering customer satisfaction and loyalty research to financial institutions
  • Sales Director at The Institute of Financial Education, creating and delivering frontline skill development programs
  • Promoted through the frontlines to Market Manager at a $36 billion bank in St. Louis
  • Record-setting new account representative at a $3 billion savings and loan
  • Frequent speaker at financial conferences and author of four recent whitepapers on different aspects of sales culture development
